Warranty Coverage

Warranty coverage applies to eligible manufacturing defects and product faults that are not caused by normal use, accidents, or improper operation.

Examples may include:

  • Product arrives damaged or defective
  • Electronic components fail under normal use
  • Remote controller or receiver has a manufacturing fault
  • Motor or drivetrain has a confirmed manufacturing defect
  • Missing or incorrect parts upon delivery

Warranty eligibility and coverage may vary by product.

What Is Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Crashes, collisions, or impact damage
  • Improper use or misuse
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Worn tires, gears, body shells, or other consumable parts
  • Improper battery use, charging, or storage
  • Water or moisture damage beyond the product’s stated resistance level
  • Driving in conditions unsuitable for the product
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect normal operation

RC vehicles are performance products and may experience normal wear over time, especially when driven at high speeds or on rough terrain.

Used Products & Returns

Products that have been used, driven, assembled, modified, or show signs of use are not eligible for change-of-mind returns because they can no longer be resold as new.

This does not affect your ability to contact us if you believe your product has a genuine manufacturing defect.

Providing photos or video helps us diagnose the issue and provide a solution more quickly.

Remote controller batteries are installed correctly
