These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from RC ConTroll.
By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. General Terms
By using this website, you confirm that you are legally permitted to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
You agree not to use our website or products for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purpose.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access to our website where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
2. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, pricing, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
However, minor differences may occur due to:
- Product updates
- Manufacturing variations
- Screen or display settings
- Photography and lighting
- Packaging updates
RC vehicle specifications such as speed, runtime, range, climbing ability, and performance may vary depending on conditions including battery charge, terrain, temperature, vehicle setup, driving style, and load.
We reserve the right to update product information without prior notice.
3. Orders
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance of the order.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order for reasons including:
- Product unavailability
- Incorrect pricing
- Payment authorization issues
- Suspected fraud
- Incorrect product information
- Shipping restrictions
- Unusual or suspicious order activity
If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.
4. Pricing
All prices are displayed in the currency shown on our website unless otherwise stated.
Prices, promotions, discounts, and availability may change without notice.
In the event of an obvious pricing, description, or technical error, we reserve the right to correct the error and cancel affected orders where permitted by applicable law.
5. Payment
Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.
By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
RC ConTroll is not responsible for delays or declined transactions caused by your bank, card issuer, or third-party payment provider.
6. Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will do our best to assist you if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, we may no longer be able to change or cancel it.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:
- Carrier delays
- Customs processing
- Severe weather
- Holidays
- Incorrect delivery information
- Local delivery disruptions
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Please review our Shipping Policy for additional information.
8. Returns & Refunds
Eligible products may be returned according to our Return & Refund Policy.
For change-of-mind returns, products must generally be:
- Unused
- Undamaged
- Unmodified
- In their original condition
- Returned with original packaging and included accessories
Once an RC vehicle has been used, driven, assembled, modified, or shows signs of use, it is not eligible for a change-of-mind return because it can no longer be resold as new.
This does not prevent you from contacting us if the product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or is otherwise covered by rights available to you under applicable law.
9. RC Vehicle Use
RC vehicles are hobby products that may operate at high speeds and may be damaged through crashes, collisions, improper operation, or unsuitable terrain.
Customers are responsible for operating products safely and according to the instructions provided with the product.
You should:
- Operate the vehicle in a safe area
- Avoid people, animals, traffic, and fragile property
- Follow product-specific operating instructions
- Inspect the vehicle before use
- Stop using the vehicle if damage is detected
- Use appropriate batteries and chargers

- Damaged wheels
- Worn tires
- Damaged gears caused by impact

Examples include:
- Changing electronic components
- Installing incompatible motors
- Altering wiring
- Using unsupported batteries
- Structural modifications
- Improper repairs
If you are unsure whether a modification is appropriate for your RC model, please contact us before making changes.

13. Water & Moisture
Unless a product is specifically described as having a particular level of water resistance, you should avoid exposing RC vehicles and electronic components to water or excessive moisture.
Water damage caused by use beyond the product’s stated capabilities may not qualify as a manufacturing defect.
“Water-resistant” should not be interpreted as “waterproof” unless expressly stated.
14. Warranty
Eligible manufacturing defects may be covered according to our Warranty Policy.
Warranty coverage generally does not include damage caused by:
- Crashes or collisions
- Improper use
- Abuse or neglect
- Unauthorized modifications
- Incorrect repairs
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper battery handling
- Water exposure beyond stated specifications
- Operation in unsuitable conditions
Replacement parts, repair, replacement products, or other remedies may be offered depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

Replacement part availability varies by model.
We do not guarantee that every replacement part will remain available indefinitely.
If you need a replacement part, contact us with your RC model and details of the required component.
