Troubleshooting Guide

Before contacting support, try these simple checks.

RC Car Won’t Turn On
Make sure the battery is charged, connected correctly, and the power switch is on.
Remote Won’t Connect
Check the remote batteries, turn both devices off, then restart and pair them again.
Car Won’t Steer
Check for debris around the wheels and make sure the steering components are not blocked or damaged.
Car Powers On but Won’t Move
Inspect the battery connection, drivetrain, gears, and wheels for loose parts or obstructions.
Battery Won’t Charge
Check the charger, cable, and battery connection. Do not use batteries that are swollen or visibly damaged.
Short Runtime
Fully charge the battery and allow it to cool before recharging. Runtime may vary with speed, terrain, and battery condition.
Car Pulls to One Side
Check tire alignment, steering trim, and make sure nothing is blocking the wheels.
