Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, we may no longer be able to change or cancel it.

Once an RC vehicle has been used, driven, assembled, modified, or shows signs of use, it is not eligible for a change-of-mind return because it can no longer be resold as new.

This does not prevent you from contacting us if the product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or is otherwise covered by rights available to you under applicable law.

9. RC Vehicle Use

RC vehicles are hobby products that may operate at high speeds and may be damaged through crashes, collisions, improper operation, or unsuitable terrain.

Customers are responsible for operating products safely and according to the instructions provided with the product.

You should:

• Operate the vehicle in a safe area
• Avoid people, animals, traffic, and fragile property
• Follow product-specific operating instructions
• Inspect the vehicle before use
• Stop using the vehicle if damage is detected
• Use appropriate batteries and chargers

Children should use RC products under appropriate adult supervision.

10. Crash & Impact Damage

Damage caused by normal driving accidents is not considered a manufacturing defect.

• Worn tires
• Damaged gears caused by impact
• Scratches and cosmetic damage

Please drive according to the capabilities of your RC model and the conditions of the driving area.

11. Modifications & Repairs

Unauthorized modifications may affect product performance, safety, return eligibility, or warranty coverage.

• Using unsupported batteries

12. Batteries & Charging

Customers are responsible for following battery and charging instructions.

• Use a visibly damaged or swollen battery
• Use an incompatible charger
• Charge batteries near flammable materials
• Expose batteries to excessive heat
• Short-circuit battery terminals
• Continue using a battery that shows signs of damage

Do not leave charging batteries unattended.

Improper charging, storage, modification, or use of batteries may result in damage and may not be covered by warranty.

13. Water & Moisture

Unless a product is specifically described as having a particular level of water resistance, you should avoid exposing RC vehicles and electronic components to water or excessive moisture.

Water damage caused by use beyond the product’s stated capabilities may not qualify as a manufacturing defect.

“Water-resistant” should not be interpreted as “waterproof” unless expressly stated.
